Venture X has officially opened its doors in Frederick, Maryland, introducing a 20,000-square-foot coworking space at 7100 Guilford Drive, Suite 200. This new location, owned by Richie and Charissa Parsons, is set to welcome members starting September 2025, with a grand opening celebration scheduled for September 18, 2025. The space is designed to serve as a hub for Frederick's innovators, entrepreneurs, and professionals, featuring upscale interiors and amenities aimed at inspiring productivity and fostering connections.

The facility includes 99 private offices, four meeting rooms, and a large training room capable of accommodating up to 25 people. Unique amenities such as soundproof privacy booths and state-of-the-art technology for virtual meetings cater to the needs of Frederick's booming tech industry. The design of the space pays homage to Frederick's heritage, incorporating elements like the vintage 'Frederick Red' color and a ceiling design reflecting the city's landmark Carroll Creek.

Frederick County Executive Jessica Fitzwater highlighted the significance of Venture X's arrival, noting its potential to support local entrepreneurs, startups, and remote workers. The Parsons, who have a strong background in the flexible office space industry, operate several Venture X franchises across the country.
