Hong Kong Electronics Fair Showcases AI, Robotics and Silver Economy Innovations

The 45th Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) and 28th electronicAsia opened today at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, featuring more than 3,200 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions. The four-day event showcases significant technological advancements in artificial intelligence, robotics, and digital entertainment while addressing growing market segments including the silver economy. The RD-839 Smart Projector from Guangzhou Rigal Electronics Company Limited supports 4K resolution for home theater systems while maintaining portability for outdoor use. Gaming accessories such as the Cypher 81 Keyboard from Epomaker Inc and Gaming Power Strip from Ruyuan Lighting Electric Appliance Company Limited offer enhanced user experiences with customizable features and efficient space utilization.

The At-home Pill Dispenser from Kin Technology Limited automates medication dispensing for up to 12 different types of drugs while utilizing IoT technology for remote management. Safety-focused innovations include the Smart Walking Stick from Megastek Technologies Ltd, integrating GPS tracking, emergency alerts, and obstacle detection systems. Vcom International Limited presents an All-in-One Health Monitor that tracks multiple vital signs including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels.

Concurrent forums and seminars address key industry developments, including the 10th Symposium on Innovation & Technology co-organized by the HKTDC and the Hong Kong Electronics & Technologies Association. The symposium explored robotics technology applications across land, sea, and sky environments, examining how interdisciplinary collaboration drives innovation in areas including smart logistics and unmanned vessels. Additional events include the Hong Kong Electronic Forum focusing on advanced battery technology and energy storage innovations, along with the Future Stage: AI x Performing Arts Awards showcasing young innovators combining AI with performing arts.
