Cegielski - Poznań S.A., a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A., through a recently executed Non-Disclosure Agreement. This partnership enables secure exchange of confidential information related to manufacturing CiTech's Nexus Tower system, marking a significant step in the company's European industrial expansion strategy.

The agreement facilitates protected sharing of technical documentation, design data, and proprietary materials associated with production and assembly of the Nexus system. HCP brings substantial expertise in heavy manufacturing, precision engineering, and defense-sector production capabilities, making the company an optimal partner for advancing the Nexus Tower program. This collaboration leverages HCP's industrial facilities and workforce while accessing the extensive defense manufacturing infrastructure of the PGZ Group.
